Instructions for Use:
To achieve peak performance and a fly-free home, follow the FruitFly Inn™ four-step system:
  1. The Base: Measure 2-3 tablespoons of your chosen liquid bait (organic apple cider vinegar, wine, and/or beer) into your FruitFly Inn™. Fill to the MAX Fill line inside the cup.
  2. The Feast: Add 1 level teaspoon of FruitFly Feast™ to "charge" the scent profile and initiate the rapid-draw effect.
  3. The Finish: Add 2 drops of liquid dish soap to break the surface tension, ensuring that flies landing on the liquid sink rather than escape.
  4. The Placement: Twist the lid to a snug fit (approximately 1/4 turn). Place your FruitFly Inn™ where fruit flies congregate—near fruit bowls, trash cans, or anywhere you've spotted them.

Optimal Placement Tips

✓   Place near fruit bowls, bananas, and ripening produce

✓   Position close to trash cans and compost bins

✓   High-draft areas blow away the scent making it impossible for fruit flies to find the source needed to get themselves caught

✓   Fruit flies prefer low air movement areas—that's where your trap should be

✓   The closer to their food source, the faster they'll find your trap

Resetting Your Trap (Every 3 Days)

  1. Every 3 days, discard the old bait mixture and captured flies by rinsing down the drain.
  2. Rinse the cup basin thoroughly.
  3. Refill with fresh liquid bait to the MAX fill line, enhanced with a new charge of FruitFly Feast™ and two drops of dish soap.
  4. Tighten lid and set the trap back out.
